Cyclical Nature of Things- Final Work

Image
Here's my final work!! Like I told Prof. Ed, I was inspired by Alice in Wonderland and how in the story her everyday life becomes distorted and a fantasy. In my opinion, the cyclical nature of things means your cycles or your routines. What I see every day.

Here's my process so far in the project. I want to have a blue palette with some alien/wizard-like vibes. I might move the cars and put more woods or maybe the picture of my toasts.

Cyclical Nature of Things- Contact sheet

I've been having trouble with Photoshop for a week now and couldn't upload the contact sheet, but I got it fixed and here it is!!

Cyclical nature of things photos

I didn’t really understand this project or what was being asked of me so I did a quick google search and I understood that this is about patterns and cycles in our everyday life’s so I chose to take pictures of everything! From random reflections to things that happened while on dates from my boyfriend. This is what the cyclical nature of things is, seeing the patterns of life through pictures. I couldn’t attach the pictures so here’s a link to Google drive with all of them  https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1lrU9DuOWQur85hb47iPux_Ylbd3X8m6F

I have here my final four pieces!! I had so much fun using the AI tool of Photoshop, as you might be able to tell, but I like how everything looks now!

Ok, so I got really frustrated, so I restarted, and this is what I have so far :/  I used AI for the background. I still want to keep that earthy theme, but I decided on using a red palette to match the lips. You can't really tell whose lips they are, so I'm satisfied with this work so far. I will still add more, but again I'm open to comments!
