This is my process

 

I'm having lots of trouble with Photoshop. It's very hard for me to know what I'm doing. I want to have some sort of earthy theme going on. For the pattern, I want to use her eyes.

 This is the outline work of the lamp. For the second image, I was inspired by Turkish and middle eastern/Armenian culture and decided to use a tea pot pouring tea on the lamp. So the lamp would be the armudu which is the name if the slim-waisted tea glass such cultures use!
